Paintbrush has been working a pay check to pay check coffee shop job since they got out of school (like a billion years ago) and it's draining the life out of them. The droning hours of their day are only broken by the frequent vexations of the occasional homophobic old geezer (leading to a yelling match) or the wonderful excuse to leave early (usually via their boss, Tea Kettle, who doesn't want them at work any longer then they have to be) and lay in their bed. After a shorter day then they expected though, they come across a girl who's a lot different then anyone else they've ever met, someone new, someone to break the cycle. They soon find out that their world is a lot crazier, or might I say 'brighter', with a bright light around.

That *is* who this story is about, is it not? Yes yes, of course. How would we forget our beloved Paintbrush, famous across all of the seasons of II. What happened to them? Well, they started an art class, every wednesday they would help their students get better at painting. But soon enough, they found a new interest. Finger Painting. They loved how much control they had, they loved how easy it was to glide their finger against the canvas. One day, they accidentally spilt some blood onto their canvas. They tried to rub it away, but.. It felt good. Even better than paint. They loved the feeling of the blood against the canvas, rubbing into it and creating an amazing picture. How could they not like it? But they couldn't use it again, they could use a substitute.
