I May Be Naruto, But I'm Also Asura! (One Shot)

This has happened more than I'd like to admit. My brother, Indra, he and I don't get along. We used to. Back when things were simpler. We grew up together, learned together, loved each other... and then he grew distant. Slowly changing. My kind older brother was gone, replaced with... hate. Only hate. A hate for me. A hate for our father. A hate for Ninshu. Ninshu was supposed to bring people to an understanding through Chakra. Something everyone has. He understood Chakra more than I would ever. He saw Chakra. He taught our people Chakra. How to control water, earth, wind, lightning, fire! All of it!

It happened so fast... our father gave us a quest. We both completed it but our ways differed. We removed the god trees seed. For me, I created a big well. The land was a dying one before the seed arrived so having a big renewable water source helped them survive. In the end the people followed me and helped me build it, and in return I taught them Ninshu. It was one of those people that I'd later marry and mother my kids.

Indra did no such thing. Even as they begged him not to destroy it, knowing that they'd get sick, he did. He did it and left, arriving months earlier than I.

I was chosen as heir. We fought, I won, he left. I never saw him until our death. The only word I heard from him was past from our father. He said he would destroy Ninshu by reincarnating his soul, until he succeeded. I promised to do so as well. Now, after many before him I became another person, a small Senju boy with yellow hair. With my returned memories I vow to help save my brother. My unaware and innocence big brother of the name Sasuke.
