The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. In another dimension known as Vestroia, an intense battle rages between six warriors against one that plans to rule over all of them. The fight between the opposing forces rages back and forth as the six warriors slowly lose the battle. In a last effort, they combined their powers and banished them to the void called the Doom Dimension hoping that would be the last of him. However, right before he was banished, he vowed to return seeking his revenge against them and to crush all that would oppose him leaving the six warriors feeling uneasy. After they sealed him away, peace was restored to Vestroia but did not last as they had hoped. An unknown force has caused the dimensions of Vestroia and Earth to merge causing the creation of a new game called Bakugan. At first, it seemed that it was an ordinary game but when they found out the powers that these cards and spheres had, things would be drastically different for all those who play it. With this occurred, the ancient enemy that was sealed away in the Doom Dimension has now escaped and is out for revenge. However, the intense hatred from all the other Bakugan that were cast into the Doom Dimension has given life to a new Bakugan.
