After fleeing from their home in an attempt to find safety the Sully family arrive at the Metakayina clan's territory in search of asylum. Tsamera is the adoptive child of Tonowari and Ronal, originally born of the fire tribe she was abandoned on the beach as infant, a newly mated Rolan and Tonowari taking her in and raising her as one of their own. She was fierce, beautiful and would do anything to protect those she loves, but her wall is a hard one to break down. But upon meeting the 17 year old Neteyam Sully, the girl finds her stone walls couldn't stand forever. "You don't know what I would do for you?" "Would you burn for me?" "Yes."
