If you'd like to run a game of Dungeons & Dragons but aren't sure how to start, this booklet will give you a run-down of game mechanics.
Dungeon & Dragons is the world's greatest Table-Top Role-Playing Game, this work offers a look into the mechanics of combat, using The Lost Mine of Phandelver and The Dragon of Icespire Peak.
One of the misconceptions of the game is that the DM has to know all the rules before they start the game. This is not true. A good general understanding of how a game is run will be a great starting point.
