Todoroki Shoto und Bakugou Katsuki, beides Schüler der U.A. Oberschule und in dem Wohnheim der Sportakademie untergebracht. Shoto ist ein eher zurückhaltender, introvertierter Schüler, der auf andere oft kalt und emotionslos wirkt und über den auch nicht viel bekannt ist. Katsuki hingegen hat eine laute, aggressive und einen leicht reizbaren Charakter. In ihrer Klasse sind sie sowohl Kameraden, als auch Gegner.
Nach der Schule kellnert Todoroki oft in einem Café, angeschlossen an die Bäckerei seiner Großeltern. Niemand, bis auf seine beste Freundin Momo, weiß davon und das ist ihm mehr als recht. Bis zu dem Tag, wie es der Zufall so will, Bakugou dort auftaucht.
Zwischen dem üblichen Stress in der Vorweihnachtszeit, werden sie sich ihrer Gefühle, die sie füreinander zu hegen scheinen, bewusst. Jedoch muss Liebe nicht immer ein schönes Gefühl sein und kann auch unbewusste Ängste hervor bringen.
