Disgruntled nurse Harry is, what some would call, a bit of a loner. Aside from work, he spends most of his time alone, either taking trips to the Boston library or going for walks around Quincy Market, or wallowing in his own sadness. He doesn't seem to mind too much though. He takes his job seriously, and he likes it enough that he shows up every day, so what could be worth threatening his peace that he has worked so hard to create, especially after his last relationship?
Niall, Harry's best and arguably only true friend, is a fellow nurse at the hospital he works at. Niall has tried to set up Harry a few times in the past, his matchmaking skills aren't really anything to write home about. But, when he has plans to go out to dinner with some of his college friends, he gets an idea that he knows is perfect.
Louis, an overly-chipper, easily excitable orthodontics resident at Harvard, can't help but instantly fall for the boy in the photo that Niall shows him. With his education soon coming to a close, he is ready to get back into the dating game, and what a wonderful sight to begin with.
The relationship between Harry and Louis has all the highs and lows of a standard relationship, will Harry learn to trust Louis enough to let him in? And will Louis be able to manage his life turning every which way while also figuring out all that is Harry?

"Say something Lou... please. Say something..." "Football and Gay don't go together, Harry. Why can't you understand that I can't give you what you want from me? I... I don't even feel..." he paused. For a fleeting second, I was hopeful. I waited for him to finish the sentence. "I don't feel the same about you, Harry". Louis finally said, his tone mundane. He had his back turned to me so I couldn't read his face when he said this. I wanted to look into his blue eyes when he said this. He's lying. He had to be lying. "Lou please... Look at me, Lou...", I was practically begging him. I felt my chest constrict. I couldn't breathe again. I tried to take deep breaths in, but I couldn't feel air filling up my lungs. "Lou you promised you won't leave... You promised you would always be there for me". Tears were pouring out of my eyes uncontrollably and it blurred my vision. I tried to wipe them off with the back of my hand. I was a mess. When my vision cleared, I could see him starting to walk away. "Don't go Louis. You don't have to love me back, Lou. Just please don't leave. Let's be friends?" A weird prickling feeling was spreading through my body, flowing through my veins. It was numbing my hands, feet, my entire body. I was now on my knees. He was leaving me. My Louis was leaving me. "It hurts Lou. I would rather die than feel this way". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Harry Styles is spellbound by the blue-eyed football star of Crestwood Academy, Louis Tomlinson. He is happy to finally have found something more entrancing than music and art. Louis Tomlinson finds Harry, the new student, quite intriguing. He's utterly confused with feelings he is sure he has never felt before. The two boys soon become best friends but will they fall truly, madly, deeply in love?

Louis could feel Harry behind him, the hot breath on his neck and the soft hands upon his waist. "You know I do more than tutor, don't you?" Harry whispered softly in his ear. The butterflies in Louis' stomach erupted, but before he could say anything, Harry had him pinned against the wall. Louis smiled when Harry kissed him, and wrapped his hand around the back of Harry's beautiful curls, pulling him in tighter. This felt right. Perfect, in fact. But no one could know... No one could ever know. * * * * * * * * * * * * Louis is the high school jock and the most popular kid in school with a big secret - he's gay. Despite his popularity, Louis feels empty inside. Tying You to Me

1 part Complete

Harry's face is red, and his heart is beating so fast he's scared it'll stop. Harry feels confidence swimming in his chest. Would you mind if I kiss you?" Louis smiles and faces Harry, "aren't you supposed to wait for the end of the night for that?" Harry cups Louis' cheek with his free hand and leans in. "Maybe. Is this alright?" Louis' eyes flicker to Harry's lips and he nods. Harry presses his lips to Louis'. He thinks he feels sparks, actual sparks. Harry thinks this is perfect. He feels Louis sigh lightly against his lips and Harry forgets how to breathe. He drops his chips and pulls Louis closer by his shirt, Louis drops his chips too and they splatter all over their shoes. Harry couldn't care less because Louis is crowding him against the wall, stepping on his toes to get impossibly closer, and never taking his lips off of Harry's. Harry thanks whatever forces brought Louis to him; he feels as if all of his efforts in his wishes are coming true. His wishes are coming true with this boy with freckles across his cheeks and soft lips. It wasn't. Louis wasn't Harry's wishes coming true.
