Karina Agapova was only five years old when she was taken from her home. She was kidnapped by an organisation known as the Red room.

After some years she successfully escaped and ran to the north of Russia. Though, it wasn't long before she caught the eye of Hydra. She was again imprisoned and experimented on.

But Red room and Hydra both had something in common. They both gave Karina the knowledge and the abilities she now possessed. What they also failed to acknowledge was that some day her power would be used against them.
