Jessie Mason has never been friends with anybody. She's always been a loner. Not that she really minded, but she would like to talk to people other than her pet owl, Scrox.
One day, as she was walking down a corridor, she noticed that there was a prank set up for her not 2 feet away. She carefully stepped over the clear rope and continues on her merry way, not knowing what (or who) set up that trap. She also didn't know, is that she kindled an interest in the Weasley twins, especially Mr. Fred Weasley.
