Before there was the CIA there was the OSS. The Office of Strategic Services (OSS), was created on June 13, 1942, a brain child of "Wild Bill" Donovan. Jack Schatz was on of Wild Bills best field agents, but after fighting the quite war for five years he thought he was done. Respectfully declining an handsome offer to stay on, Jack instead opted for the privet sector. Retiring his commission he moved out West to start up a Privet Investigation practice in the warm and beautiful city of Angels Los Angeles. But soon after find paradise, the ghost from his OSS past reached out and pulled him back in. The question is, will he make it out alive or will they kill him, again?

A highly trained assassin who happened to be going around the world, stealing intel and weapons from different bases just to take on a few konnis. This assassin went by Zero. To make matters worse for 141, Zero wore a mask to cover her identity, for reasons to painful to share. As soon as 141 reached kilgore, they took separate ways to cover more ground. The colonel of kilgore happened to bump into Zero, keeping her in harms way. That was until he came face to face with ghost, who wasn't going to leave the base without a fight.
