Gurē remembered all to vividly the day Katsuki Bakugou had told her, and the rest of their class, that motivational little speech... It was right before the war.. the war between good and evil... the war between hero and villain.. the war that nearly brought an end to hero society as we know it... right before all of Japan fell into utter chaos.. Gurē remembered promising herself, and Katsuki, that she would forever keep that small speech engrained in her memories... I mean, the angry Pomeranian had always saved her ass, and the asses of the rest of their class.. so why would she not do the same for him when the time came for it...?

Little did she know.. that the heroes she so blindly trusted in... that the heroes she once used to idolize and pray that she would grow up to be.. would make a choice that would leave not only her heart, but her psyche in millions of shattered pieces... leaving Gurē with limited options.. and making her realize that not all villains are heartless...
