                   Disclaimer

For some weird reason I have to mention this :
I do not own any of the mythological characters.
Also it's my original idea. If you find your story similar to mine then congrats, you have the same crazy mind as me^w^
Also it's just a story! I take information based on the og myths but the rest of it is just my imagination

Many forget that the goddess of love was born from the raging sea, but she would do anything to protect her daughter. Adora was Aphrodite's last daughter. Her mother kept her hidden. But, her mother isn't the only one who can keep a secret, especially in a world where your role in society is everything. For there was a prophecy long before she was born: 'Aphrodite's last child would be the one to take the throne, Her paternity unknown. They would carve her face and never forget, for she would be the most beautiful that they had met Cursed for the same fate as her mother Forced to leave her love for another The only way she shall break this curse is if she defeats the first' "Looks like the princess doesn't need saving after all." He says, quietly enough that no one else would hear, as he draws his hand away from my arm. I glare back at him. "Maybe she never did," I walk away, not sparing a single glance back, no matter how much my body was begging me to. I fuss over my hair, pouting as I run my fingers through it to put it back into place. *A warning note* I am not an expert on Greek Mythology, but it interests me greatly. Please excuse any inaccuracies in the book, but if there are any please do message or comment it and I will see if I can change it without making such a huge difference to the plot. Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. So, please be respectful about the decisions my characters make as I have chosen to give them many different types of neurodivergent brains. I have tried my best to represent these in the most accurate light whilst not romanticising them.

The Realm of Darkness

24 parts Complete

"You shall travel to the darkest veil To repair a tear, you cannot fail Love will be lost, and love will be gained A child of darkness will be framed You shall return to a victory won That will signify the ending sun." Everything started when my mom (human) met my dad (Erebus, primordial god of darkness). They didn't fall in love, but they did have me. Hi, I'm Alexander Douglas. I began life as an orphan, but now I'm living the dream as a demigod. Hades built a camp for children of Underworld deities like myself just outside his palace called Camp DuMort. Unfortunately for me, I was chosen to go on a quest to fix a tear in Erebus (the place, I know it's confusing). Can you imagine that, a thirteen-year-old saving the entire Underworld? I brought my friends along too. Sabrina Glade, a daughter of Hecate, and Peter Haynes, a son of Morpheus. At least I have them with me... or what's left of them. ________ Hey everyone! I just want to say a big shoutout to @LoNeedsSomeQ for my awesome cover picture!
