Red is a weapon made by the Superhuman Safety Commission. He has a mission, and he follows his orders. 

It all falls apart when he is put on probation. Now using the identity Tommy Innit, he'll have to survive as a discarded weapon. 

But just because he isn't with the commission anymore doesn't mean he's safe from the world of heroes and villains. He has his own stakes in this game, and he starting to discover that he wants to do more than survive. He wants to win.All Rights Reserved

There is still one role that no one has talked about in stories; a role that both heroes and villains similarly dislike and that is a vigilante.
