when I get older I want to help people loose weight at the start of my diet I weighed 145 and I'm 5"3 now I'm currently at 139 I losses 6 pounds
but my first goal was to make it into the 130 zone
now my new goal is to make it into the 120 zone
by the way I'm hear to help anyone
some people might want to loose weight
some people might want a healthy life
some may want to get fit
some may want to feel better and look better
