Disguise

"Sorry, I wasn't looking", the girl quietly said as she pushed her hair behind her ears. She tried to move past and get away but instead was pulled back.

"Do you think a sorry is enough huh?" a male voice said to her from behind. Her eyes were glued to the floor as she prayed that to get away from any drama and attention. The other hand of the person who was holding onto her grabbed her chin and lifted it up.

"look at me" the deep voice holding her commanded,

As she struggled on deciding what to do, the male holding her was getting impatient. He squeezed her chin enough to not hurt her but enough to startle her.

Brown eyes connected with icy blue ones before they quickly lowered again.

"I am really really sorry, I'll do whatever to make it up to you but I have a meeting to get to....I really need to go now......please" the girl pleaded.

"Fine"

He let go of the girl and watched as she scurried away. Girls like her were never one to interest him but there was something about her that caught his eye. She was intelligent, he could see that right away but there was also something else, something hidden in her eyes that intrigued him. Different from all the women he had encountered before and he was determined to find out what that was.

What and who exactly is the new girl? Well, he was going to find out, one way or another.
