Carriba Hews is a fun and mostly attractive young girl who tends to hang out with guys because girl drama is just pure,agonizing,tortue. Of course she has girl friends that she can tolerate but there is just something about having guy friends.Carriba is not a girly type girl but she likes to make herself presentable on most occasions.She has been friends with this attractive guy whose name is James.James is not the jaw dropping,Hollister model,cliche,muscular guy.He is actually pretty nerdy and dorky,but smart and sweet.He is more like an underdog when it comes to girls.Carriba has been helping him through thick and thin with every relationship he has had.
Carriba then goes to volunteer at an equestrian ranch during the summer and meets two particularly interesting people. One of them is a little girl and the other is her big brother. Things get even more interesting when Carriba starts to give the little girl riding lessons and ends up having to see her arrogant, jackass-of-a-brother almost everyday.;)
