Chiara Giordano was born and raised in the U.S. until her father died and her mother took her and her siblings back to her home country, France. Years later, Chiara moves back to the U.S. for her last year of her degree in a exchange program with st Cloud university in Minessota where her cousin and best friend also studies.

There, she meets Adrian Vidal, from the neighbour college. One spontaneous night spent together creates a lasting bond between both of them, that can't go away.

The problem? He's her cousin's biggest rival on the ice and he's in love with his best friend's sister.

But they can't seem to keep away from each other as Adrian faces the pressure of family and being the team captain while Chiara tries to figure out where she belongs and what she wants to do with her life after her last year of college while playing on the college rugby team.
