Chiara Giordano was born and raised in the U.S. until her father died and her mother took her and her siblings back to her country, France. Years later, Chiara moves back to the U.S. for her last year of her degree in a exchange program with st Cloud university in Minessota where her cousin and best friend also studies.

There, she meets Adrian Vidal, from the neighbor college. One spontaneous night spent together creates a lasting bond between both of them, that can't go away.

The problem? He's Chiara's cousins greateast rival on the ice and he's also in love with his best friend.

Yet they can't keep away from each other even when Adrian faces the pressure of familly and being hockey captain while Chiara tries to figure out where she belongs and what she wants to do with her life after her last year of college.
