Thorn, the only daughter of Thorin Oakenshield.
Grew up under the care of her only aunt, Dis.
She has an inseparable relationship with her cousins, Fili and Kili, as though they are her brothers.

Her father meant for her to stay back in the Blue Mountains where it was safe for her.
But, her headstrong attitude and will to keep her kin safe, drove her to sneak to The Shire with her cousins to meet with her father and the rest of the company to go on the quest to reclaim The Lonely Mountain.
