Yukti read few of the meaning of the word 'quirk' a few times with her phone(?) even though her neck is literally being held by four of the fingers of the owner and leader of villain organization, she is not afraid and minding her own business. (Yep held,...tightly. not choke.... Yet. Enough to allow breathing but as if someone is grabbing your neck TIGHTLY.)
