Earth is no longer what is was. Folklore is now reality. The ocean wages war against all life on land with the aim of bringing mankind to extinction. Zury finds herself fighting for her life against the monsters who killed her mother and discovers that the grass is not green on the other side. She faces betrayel, loss, heartache and growth all while trying to stop the extinction of mankind.
