Aurora Lestrange had the worst summer of her life. After meeting her parents for the first time in her life, they force her to become a child solider in a war she didn't want to fight in. She is assigned the impossible task of trying to assist her cousin, Draco, in killing Dumbledore. She doesn't know how to cope with the stress and her best friend, Theodore Nott, is the only help she can find.

Theodore Nott never wanted to follow in his abusive fathers footsteps but after he was captured at the Ministry, his entire family was out at risk. With his reputation destroyed, he must pick up the pieces his father left. Especially in the eyes of the Dark Lord. And throughout it all, all he can think about is protecting Aurora.
