In a world of homomagis, demons, spirits, witches and just about whatever is magic and powerful, a human girl from a long line of "homomagis" gives endless attempts to pursue the head of the overlords that terrorized her village. After many deaths, fails, captures, and fights, she instead finds herself his heart.
Our villain, focuses on death and domination, the only desires his last has given him. He seeks revenge on the "homomagi" that cursed him as a boy. When he meets our "hero" his mission changes. He finds that his desired homomagi is no homomagi at all. The magic skipped a generation and left him facing off with a a powerless human. When given the opportunity to end the bloodline of those who have wronged him, he stalls. Why?
