Lil Hillyard is 15, cheeky and painfully English. It’s the summer hols, and she’s off to Camp with her best friends Al, Chene and Sarah, for a lovely relaxing holiday in the lakes, lounging in the sun and avoiding her infuriating parents… or so she thinks. Camp organisers, Jaz Tess and Ditheremma are dragging them through Beatrix Potter shrines, ridiculous woodland walks and watersports in icy conditions, and on top of that, she has to watch her back for the Lousy Lads, who seem to have stolen something of hers…
