In the near-future, the corrupt president Eric Kampf is inaugurated for the third time.  In the wake of climate disaster and resources drying up, one of Kampf's proudest achievements has been mandating school lunch programs that replace food with human blood.
The new generation of teenagers  grew up on this blood and poverty and civil rights violations and the internet.
These long-oppressed queer and Black and Brown young people have united.  The young vampires have become a resistance movement.  "Head down!  Teeth out!  Do Harm!"
Oscar Nkrumah and Puro Roja are two of those teen vampires.  They are queer and people of color and in love.  Will they stop Eric Kampf?  Will they make it past election day?
