The day humanity hated and dreaded is here. It's December of 2055, and it's the end of the world. Ruthless, hungry demons called Murks roam the streets, devouring anyone and anything in their path, and most survivors end up killing themselves in the end.
Kaya, a survivor, has made it her goal to find the one behind the world's end and make them pay for taking her family away. Of course, this plan is flawed, with her being alone and not having the right equipment to pursue such a dream. But she still dreams of it, hoping to get what she wants.
Xio, an emotionally dead scientist dissecting everything on the Murks, knows a dark secret about Kaya, and kidnaps her in order to get the information he needs. But with her deep-rooted rage at who she thinks is behind this mess and his growing feelings for the girl, it's up to her to decide if she'll save the world, or end it all with her deep, dark grudge...

Kreekcraft's POV: Kreek after done recording his video took a break and comforted Kalya who is panicking against how the uprising is closing in on their country. Kreekcraft also has been wondering why isn't Timmeh out and playing he hasn't been online for like 2 months XD. Kreek then founded out the truth. BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They vowed to someday take over America and start over with a utopian society where everyone would have a common goal. They slowly infiltrated the government, filling it with corrupt leaders. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Hello, Logan here. It is 2021, and this is the first book that I ever wrote. It's shit. I'm publishing it back on Wattpad again so my friend can read it. It is unedited and as I left it in 2017. I am currently published with three books out, and this is so funny to look back on. Enjoy reading my shittest work to date. In the words of a great philosopher; there is no limit to the gruesome and grotesque things we are willing to do in the name of survival. While reading this; Remember that not everything is as it seems. Remember that loved characters will die. Remember that the world will gradually get worse as the parts go on. Take a moment to ask yourselves these questions: What would you do in the name of survival? Would you steal to survive? Would you kill to survive? Would you lose your mind to survive? If you lost your mind, do you think you'd kill more, steal, injure, backstab, rape or any other atrocity you can think of? If you can think of it, then maybe you would. The characters and situations in this book are very real, if gore or horrific mental images scare you, then I wouldn't recommend reading far.
