Being immortal is effectively one of the more talked about powers. Many would say that they would travel the entire globe, learn many languages, learn all about every single culture they could. But most do not realize the negative sides of being effectively immortal. After a time you lose those you love, and thus learn to not form connections, you also forget many things that you wish you could remember, and you remember many things you wish you could forget. You have to watch those you love die while you yourself do not age even a little. It also means you can't be well known or people will begin to question why you seem to have such a long life. Especially when you're several thousand years old.
