Chara and Asriel are known as the city's light of hope! Yet they are faced with the new holders of this Pink soul..Trouble would happen around the city and now young kids are going missing at night, a flower is left by their beds..A flower the color of their soul!

But, with the relief everyone felt that Chara was no longer on my soul, they didn't expect the consequence... You see, cleansing the soul was efficient, but came with risks. And the risk had come with the cleansing of my soul. You will see what that is in this book.

Chara is a ghost only visible to those that remember (I'm going with Sans, Alphys, and Mettaton (since the latter 2 probably have their research to gain clues of the past timelines. I'm not saying they remember everything, but...), as well as Frisk and the other fallen humans.
