The Match and The Flame

Layla is a 'match with no flame'.

She has had a difficult childhood, and after she gets away from her old life, she tries to build herself a new one. She starts a course at uni, and juggles different jobs to try and pay for it. Little does she know, one of her jobs connects her to an infamous mafia organisation.

A mystery man, with a dark aura, is the only thing Layla knows about him. To others he's known as a ruthless and wealthy businessman involved in what one can only assume to be illegal activity. To others in the same business, he's known as man who you shouldn't cross unless you have a death wish. He's the heir to the Italian Salvatoré family, the largest mafia family that operates behind the scenes of the U.S. and has ties to the Mexican drug cartel. His dangerous life resembles a fire, something you aim to stay away from to avoid getting burned. And at any moment a fire can go out of control, destroying everything in its path.
