"Aye Up" I heard a male voice say, coming out of nowhere. I was too busy looking at my phone and listening to music to realize that I had walked into a person, and he just spoke to me, an actual boy just spoke to me. I drag my eyes away from my phone to see who had spoken and find myself staring into a pair of gorgeous blue eyes.

"Grayson, what are you doing?" I asked, slowly, walking into his house. He was sitting on a bar stool in the kitchen, facing the view of the city lights. Grayson was surrounded by open bottles of beers and alcohol. When he turned around, I did what most people wouldn't do, I looked directly into his eyes. His eyes were like a book, telling a story to ones who dared to look at them. Hurt, confusion, and sadness written all over his drooping, bloodshot eyes. He didn't answer me, making me step closer to him, "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah," he whispered with the rare smile I've seen only a few times through the time I've known him. Though this one is different. It was depressing. "No, you're not." He sighed. He didn't say anything back, but we both knew what he was going to say. He knew what he was feeling right now, even though he wasn't sober. He knew. "I wanna fix you." I whispered, shocking myself. His smile vanished, almost immediately. He looked away from me, his eyes back to the city lights, "Me too."He whispered. *•*•*•* Stereotypes shape today's society, especially with Grayson Watts. He's the schools bad boy, making girls go all over him, but I, Bailey Winters, or so I thought. I'm the girl that's usually too busy reading and doing homework than to go out and stalk guys. Somehow, Grayson and I cross paths and something about me made us become close enough to be called, 'friends.' With our new found friendship, I learned that bad boys, too, could be broken. I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late. My music cut out causing me to hear a whistle. I stop in my tracks and pull my headphones down to my neck. Turning around, I seen a group of men with one guy who just smirked at me. "You new here beautiful?" one of the guys asked. "What do you think Einstein?" cocking my brow. "Ohh. Challenging? I like." he says walking towards me, about two inches away. "Really?" biting my lip, as he continued walking towards me. He reaches out and grabs my hip, "Mmhmm," smiling down at me. Swiftly, I grab his hand, turn him around, kick him right above the back of his knee, and pushes down so he's on his knees in front of me in a position of which I could brake his arm, "What a shame, 'cause personally, I don't like fuck boys with various STD'S." I look at all the men in the group who had their jaws dropped, all except for one, "Touch me one more time, and I'll brake your arm in two." I stand and kick his back so he falls on the concert. "Anyone else?" they stare at me blankly. "Didn't think so." When fuck boy tries to get up, I take my foot and slam him back down. Looking back at the boys, I say, "Later boys." Then, I turn and leave. ~~~~ Truce Mane is a girl who recently moved to New York with her youngest niece and nephew along with her uncle Mike. Truce went through many things as a child. *~*~* REWRITTEN AND PUBLISHED AS HUNTINGTON AVENUE ON MY PROFILE *~*~* Zachary West has it all. Near-perfect grades, a kind, loving family, and is a guitar prodigy. Seems like a wonderful life, right? Most good things come with at least one catch, though: He's blind. Following a move from Washington to New York, Zach struggles to fit in with everyone else. Little did he know that high school across the country would be extremely different than back home. He would endure new town, new home, new friends, but also new hardships. Will Zach find a way to fit in with his new surroundings? Then, there's Kelsey Davis, one of the popular girls of the school. She's beautiful, charming, and, of course, she can be a bit questionable. Luckily, there's almost always a side to people that nobody sees. Hanging out with the wrong crowd has gotten to Kelsey's nerves, but she doesn't want to leave her friends. Having such a reputation with the entire school has extremely high standards, and she can't meet them anymore. Will everything change when she notices a unique boy among the crowds who might need a friend? *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Disclaimer: This is the very first book that I ever wrote. It was created in the Fall of 2018 by a 15-year-old girl who had no idea how to construct and develop a story. It's still a very precious story to my heart and I will always keep it published here. :) Word Count: ~70,000-75,000
