During the rise of Quirks certain marine type Quirks began to rise quickly, they became so popular that some cities solely had residents with these types of Quirks full mutation to a humanoid with tentacles for hair and they could turn into a squid or octopus on command while being made up of mostly ink

By today there is one major city in Japan known as Inkopolilous where many people with marine animal Quirks lived, it was on of the few places where crime was almost non-existent due to the activities they had which could earn money and vent stress

These days all the young kids who call each over Inklings and Octolings all want to be the best in Rank Battles, hoping to hit X-Rank and be the best while some focus musical careers as the city was known for its music and games
One child apart of the Midoriya Family was one of the many Inklings in Inkopilous with this dream not knowing what life waited her, from the many SplatFests to the Battles what may she fight next?All Rights Reserved

She heard of rumors of the old subway station and she's seen another inkling who's told her that he's an agent...agent 4, near what seems to be a sewer? What happens when she wanders into both paths and ends up in deeper ink than she intended to? Read the book to find out duh.... XD

It strikes at night, it's blade cutting down everyone that gets in it's way. One night, four travelers gather to stop the shadow, and go out to fight it. As time went on, and various societies began to integrate Quirks with everyday life, the vigilantes faded into near extinction. Heroes replaced them, and branded the vigilantes criminals. They went into hiding, biding their time as generations passed. training their children to follow in their footsteps. The year is now 2XXX, and vigilantes are as rare as they've ever been before. All except one. Nobodies ever seen them. not the people they've saved, the villainess and thugs they've apprehended, the heroes who've been sent to arrest them. They only know their moniker. Deku, 'Good for nothing'. Nothing is known other than that name.
