'What would a zombie apocalypse be like?'
It's a thought we've all had before. 

I just never thought I would actually experience one. As the school alarms rang throughout the class and hall, we all ducked under the desks for cover. 

"It's just a drill, right? O-or some sick prank..?" one of the girls whispered in a wobbly voice. No one answered her. Everyone was just staring at the door with wide eyes. "Right!?"

A/N: Hello and welcome~! I have been wanting to write a zombie apocalypse story for so long. This story will be a lot different from my normal "fanfic" type stories. I made original characters. 

First chapter sucks but the rest are okay.

I decided to come back to this story and finish it. That's why the first few chapters are rewritten.

Eating their flesh then attacking other people, while the ones who got bit and died came back and started attacking the ones who ran- and didn't. Even those in the military didn't stand a chance. It would have been almost horrifying if it weren't for the fact that I was so unattached to everything. Now I'm alone...

(The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3.
