This time we pick up right where we left off, due to the affects of Kelly Kline labor the Nephlim's power created a rift between their world. Sam, Elena and Dean's plan to trap Lucifer in apocalypse world didn't exactly go as planned but this time around it costed them a lot.

With Castiel dying at the hands of Lucifer and Mary and Elena being trapped in there with them, and being left to care for newly born Jack how will the Winchester's make it through this one.

Dean says. "I know you won't. I know you won't say yes to Michael, either. And I know you won't kill Sam. Whatever you do, you will always end up here." Lucifer says. "Whatever choices you make, whatever details you alter, we will always end up-here. I win. So, I win." He wraps his arm around Elena's waist. "You're wrong." Dean says. "See you in five years, Dean." Thunder and lightning; Lucifer is gone, but Elena is still there. She's wearing a long pretty white dress and her hair is straight and not curly. She smiles at Dean. "Lena?" Dean asks. Elena steps close to Dean and caresses his face. "Dean, I've missed you." She leans in close and kisses him passionately. Dean pulls back and looks at her. "You're not Elena." He says.
