so this is my first time writing something that's not like a short story or screen play and also my first time making it public.
a quick few notes I'm going to try to stay as lore friendly as possible but will be changing stuff such as the way some things like layouts of buildings or simple stuff that doesn't impact the story as much. i will also be changing the timeline of events a bit mostly just putting longer pierids of time between events.
Twins Both Ingrid and Nodsen are Nord orphans who were raised in Elsweyr. Now that they are grown, they leave for Skyrim, where their people call home. with the intention of learning more about their culture and perhaps tracking down any relatives they may have, but due to a misunderstanding, they find themselves thrust into an epic journey that takes them across Skyrim and beyond. Given that the dragons have returned to the land and that Skyrim is currently embroiled in a civil war, things are sure to get interesting.

Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. Femke, a Nordic-Bosmeri woman, has come to Riften to start over. She thought she was ready for adventuring in the big, wide world outside of her meager home in the mining colony of Dawnstar. She couldn't have been more wrong. After several mishaps and roadblocks, she stumbles to Riften, footsore, hungry, and with no money to her name, in hopes of finding some good, honest work. But no one seems to trust her because she has elven blood. Turned away and alone, she is found by two members of a mysterious organization operating within Riften. One, a Nordic man called Brynjolf, takes pity on the poor human-elf and offers her a job, and if she does well, a spot within the "Guild," as he puts it. NOTE: If I owned Skyrim, I would have no need for writing fanfictions just for the heck of it. I only own Femke and my original dialogue. Everything else is credited to Bethesda Game Studios.Complete

Veiled Lies and Half-Truths
This story is a Solas x Inquisitor Lavellan fan fiction. It eventually deviates greatly from the actual Dragon Age: Inquisition plot line and focuses more on romance between characters. However, it does contain massive spoilers from all of The Dragon Age games. If you are unfamiliar with the games I provide enough background information and character creation that you will not be lost. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I have enjoyed writing it. I both love and broke for these characters. This book is complete with a little over 250 chapters. However, I have to type and revise it chapter by chapter because most of my writing was done by hand with a bunch of scribbles everywhere. It is a slower build-up to the spice and relationship as I lay out the foundation, but when it starts, it picks up drastically. Don't worry, when it's complete I will list the spice chapters for those of you who are only interested in that. *No judgment because same* There will eventually be a Solas POV for this story. *Eventually* Please make sure to look at the trigger warnings if that is a concern. UNEDITED Selenia woke up to the sunrise beaming on her face, she was wrapped in a cocoon of warmth while she watched the dust particles float through the sunlight. Her brows furrowed as she remember the previous night. She wasn't sure how she felt being in his arms, needing to seek his comfort to feel safe. She always hated men, hated how they thought they were entitled to everything, including women's bodies. She hated how they thought they were superior to women, stronger than women. Yet here she was, wrapped in a man's arm because she wasn't strong enough to deal with her problems on her own. She was weak. Selenia failed to realize the man behind her woke a few minutes prior. Elio could practically hear to cogs turning in her head, and knowing her it was something negative. "It's okay to need help sometimes. We all need someone" he whispered in her ear.
