Sometimes in a cold city in Russia, there was a dangerous mafia surrounding the villages and the capital city. They ended up moving to Mexico for their safety of not getting arrested or worse, killed by the military. Since Mexico accepted any opportunity for any exiled immigrants they were gladly accepted. For the mafia, they planned to conquer and make bases around the world (mostly third-world countries).
With this they plan to keep the Mafia legacy going strong and bring terror and help those who grew in a harsh and corrupt world become part of them.
