Naruto leaves the village in the academy days. He gets beaten up one day in an alley with no rescue coming. He has enough of the harsh treatments and sneaks out without notice...so much for the great hidden leaf village.
Orochimaru never went bad so Sasuke also never left the village. Uchiha massacre still happens. Minato and Kushina both die, unfortunately. The third never dies but gives up the hat to Tsunade who Jiraiya convinced to come back. Obito survived but still Madara's plan was executed. Rin Didn't die but was saved and niw the leaf has 2 jinchuuriki(Cliche but give it a chance). Natuto doesn't seek revenge ( too many stories of dark naruto. Like why?) Rather he lives outside in an unknown place peacefully. He will become decently strong but not too OP.
This story starts at a weird place so don't be surprised when you start reading it. Most of the story will be a Flashback of how the current events came to transpire.
Most of the characters are somehow changed from Canon. Ship? I will decide in the future if there are any.

The Fourth Hokage's body was never found, but they never suspected that was because he hadn't died. Minato Namikaze wakes up six years after the devastating Kyuubi attack, alone in an overgrown clearing with not a scratch on him. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine. I finished the story recently and I left a lot of cliff hangers or gaps in her past and a ending that isn't ideal. If I revise, I will fix that and probably change the end.
