It has been a few months since the Vargulf was defeated, Peter leaving the town, Lillian Rose awakening from her coma and Roman turning into Upir against his will.
Lillian Rose had been helping Roman taking care of his baby daughter, Nadia. While caring for her boyfriend's daughter, she has been helping Roman with his endless hunger.
When Peter returned Hemlock Grove, Roman was stil furious as well as Lillian Rose. Their connection grew stronger when they're together.
Strange thing happened when a girl suddenly showed up out of nowhere.
The three creatures began having dreams about white masks and murder-sucide attacks. They had face new enemies.
