in which two childhood best friends are crazy for one another, the only people who didn't notice - themselves.

pandora bridgers. a born and raised pogue, certified kook hater and legendary surfer. she lives in the cut with her older brother blake - no parents, just them. she was well known on the island for her infamously troublesome friend group: the 'pogues' having grown up with them.

however, with the beginning of summer break, she finds herself growing all too close and all to attached to her ridiculously attractive, manwhore bestfriend. and what was rule number one?

but then again, she'd always been a rule breaker.
