Guardian Angels aren't supposed to be seen.
From the day of creation, angels have done god's work protecting and guiding humans till their individual death day.

Lila, guardian angel with stereotypical pearly white wings, has seen the impossible.
A human boy has saved her charge from destiny.
If it couldn't get worse, the teen boy can see Lila. He can see all guardian angels.
Never having faced such a strange situation, Lila is forced to deal with the new threat of a teen by Heaven's Counsel command.
