Laine, the ex-fiancé of Tommy Sully, and old trainee for the Avatar Project. After mourning he fiancés death she decides to take his place in the project. Becoming a Na'vi, Laine learns the culture and explores the world of Pandora. All while pursuing a mission for research, Laine falls in love with Pandora and a special Na'vi girl.
