Katerina Gilbert, Elena's sarcastic, cocky, egotistical and fierce twin sister. They may look the same but are nothing the same. Damon had just chosen Elena over Katerina and Stefan (her best friend) was too busy helping Caroline.
So, she ends up killing herself. Not really nice to hear, it left everyone devastated. Elena cried a lot and got the most attention she ever had. Which, kinda peeved off Kat.
The Other Side is slowly braking down and when it finally does she is with her not so much of a friend, Bonnie Bennet. And her not so lovable ex. Lucky her!
