Humans are the most abundant and widespread species of the planet Earth, characterized by bipedalism and exceptional cognitive skills due to large and complex brain. This has enabled the development of advanced tools, culture and language. But their greediness led to the destruction of themselves, the desire for self enrichment led to a major conflict that will destroyed them. But some is lucky to discover a new home, as the Earth got destroyed by the creation of its own, many humans that survived the war find a new settling home for them to continue their civilization. They find a new planet that can support life, orbiting the nearby star close to the solar system, but humans don't know if life already exists on that planet, are they ready if they find one? Some people still believed in god and had faith in him, I didn't know what I believed in but I prayed like everyone else that I would get through another day without hearing the soul crushing word 'Mate'. Depending on what part of the globe humanity lives on, a percentage of 1 to 6 percent of Neanderthal DNA lies in our genome. In Africa, Southeast Asian and Pacific Islander populations can be lower if at all. The point I am making - for modern humans to have any amount of early man genes in them, is proof that small groups of different humans competitively shared their lives - maybe for pure survival. There was a strong reason to live in small groups, but when more work together like hunting, more food could be eaten. The ancient lost civilizations archaeologist are digging up, they too live in small groups for many reasons. As they came together, small groups become tribes. To this very day, humanity has found ways to collect themselves for a better life. This is called, Interpersonal Intelligence - social skills. With the Internet as the leading and alarmingly fast-growing technology, our interpersonal intelligence has grown beyond simple social skills. Yes, many have stated, that we should not use it, but social networking is the aspect of the Internet that has evolved beyond anything in human history. Personal opinions have not altered what is called collective consciousness in today's human race or the technology that is driving it. Earth and humanity were saved, and the little planet to thank for their salvation was named Umbra. Alice is a xenoarchaeologist, her passion in life has always been the study of ancient cultures, and now she has the opportunity to study the most ancient one of them all. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.
