Y/N was a prodigy at everything he did it was as if it came naturally to him as if he did it his whole life he was really smart when he was 12 years old he was already in college learning about docs stuff his adoptive parents were very proud at how smart he was when he turned 18 he already started his internship at a hospital at National Institutes of Health
Then he transferred to Seattle Grace for him to be trained by Doctor Lopez, trained Y/N.
To be a cardiothoracic surgeon.

And in the beginning of the show Doctor Lopez retired and Y/N became the head of Cardiothocric department.
