the story plot is technical the same except inko is really abusive and neglects deku which lead him to trying to killing himself but figures out he's imortal from trying to kill himself.and he doesn't meet almight,still bullied and people thought he was quirkless, but made it into ua with his fighting skills even though he made it into ua where "their top priority is to protect their students" he was still bullied but worse than before since everyone knew he was imortal but little did they know the bullying effected him mentally and slowly taking away if sanity
