Dr. Cassandra Victoria Gates, a biologist and geneticist, led the development of hybrid soldiers designed as biological weapons. Her groundbreaking research proved successful, providing the military with unprecedented strength. However, little did she know that her research will come at a cost so great that her life and as well as the lives of those she love will be in danger.
In a desperate bid to escape, Dr. Gates went into hiding. Yet, her enemies were relentless, pursuing her and her research. Her groundbreaking work prompted military scientists worldwide to attempt to replicate her techniques, but without her notes, their efforts failed. Instead, they inadvertently created uncontrollable monsters with minds of their own, resulting in the deaths of innocent people.
