Fate is Relative.

Nobody knows Peter Parker is Spiderman...Exept Wade and his sister Audrey. Peter was born in Michigan with his two siblings. At six, a car crash kills his parents and older brother, only Peter and Audrey survive. Instead of going into the system, they move in with their aunt and uncle in New York. Tradgedy strikes when his uncle dies and his aunt starts to blame him, taking to drugs and drinking as a coping mechinism. Peter takes his sister and runs away and the merc-witha-mouth lets them stay over at his apartment in exchange for company. Spidey relizes he is no match for a villan, calls for help, and finds himself taking help from the ones hunting him down, S.H.E.I.L.D. and the Avengers. Forced to stay at the compund until he can be deemed safe, he finds that he has a lot more in common with Tony Stark than he thought.
