The grim reaper has retired. Nothing on earth has died for fifty long years. Humanity has split into two- the survivalists, and the immortalists. The survivalists know the hard truth: humans can no longer die, but they can still starve. Locked behind rigid walls, the suburbs are a strictly rationed, uniform world. Meanwhile, the cities run wild with experiments and failed containment attempts of every species that should have died years ago. The immortalists are religious zealots, who try to find the meaning of life on the brink of death. And out in the wild, the humans left behind scavenge whatever safety they can find. Stories From a World Alive is a series of perspectives from the different people trying to survive in a world where nothing can die.

+ Co-written with Meteoritezr + First rule of living with the Flock? No names. Nothing real anyway. You don't survive with your humanity, you shed it, or it sheds you. Zombies were said to be impossible, that they'd never happen, well obviously whoever said that had underestimated human curiosity. It started with the melting of the Poles, which uncovered diseases that hadn't been seen in millennia. Obviously, when a flesh-eating parasitical virus was found, scientists in all their glory decided to study it, which led to the greatest calamity in human history. Warning: This is the original book 1, it is now considered more of a prelude/building character relationships arc than a book. This provides backstory and sets the foundation for the characters and their relationships. The action starts in the new book 1 - Migration. - TW: Gore, Cursing, Death, etc. Not recommended for anyone who can't stomach gore or other zombie stuff or LGBTQ+. Homophobia will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form -
