In a world where destruction is all that is known, there is one builder that wishes to defy all rules and build whatever they can. This person, born in a family of builders, is forced to watch as their parents were taken away to a prison for rehabilitation to learn nothing but destruction. They managed to escape but were seen by one of the Children of Hargon, who are devoted followers of Hargon, Lord of Destruction. The builder was taken away to a boat trip to the prison, but was caught in a storm, causing the boat to sink, and yet, the builder survives... After waking up on an island, the builder encounters Malroth, who has no memory of his life or who he is, and helps him begin to rebuild the island. After some time, the builder decides it's time to bring some other people to help rebuild the Isle of Awakening.

This is an OC story that takes a LOT of inspiration from plenty of other works, the biggest one I can think of right now is Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. NO this is not a spin off or Alternate universe of that story, simply me taking ideas from it and making my own story based around it. - Description - Hollow, a young man living as best as he can in the world around him is suddenly and violently ripped from his regular life. The Catastrophe, it's called, occurred spontaneously, and no one knows exactly why. After being added to an unknown online group chat with twelve other individuals, our four main characters realize that they would have to follow in their parents' footsteps: beating THE GAME. Only this time around, the sixteen of these players would have to deal with a lot more than an in-game war. The four main characters, being born into an apocalyptic version of Earth due to a new antagonist created by some nosy cherubs, come into this story already having a hard life. Defeating a galactic tyrant and ending an Alternian civil-war are just two of the many hardships these individuals would have to go through, along with internal conflict within their group due to obvious differences and many life-changes. (The world-building of this story is based on Homestuck, with the 20 original main characters only playing a small part. This story has all original characters, a whole new plot and hardships, and of course, drama!)
