Jessie White stands out from the crowd. As a Southern woman, she defies the typical expectations for a twenty-four-year-old. While others her age might be in college or embarking on new careers, Jessie's upbringing on a ranch alongside four brothers equipped her with skills many would balk at. She's adept at horseback riding, calving, stall cleaning, and more. Fiercely independent, Jessie refuses to rely on any man, a resolve hardened after heartbreak at the hands of Max Lane, a rancher's son, two years prior. Jessie has resolved to take up bull riding, a skill that appears to be a family legacy. Her lifelong dream has been to ride a bull before an audience, but now, her ambition has shifted to rescuing the White Family Ranch after a substantial portion of their funds vanished and debts began accumulating. Max Lane's family is eager to buy the White Family Ranch, but Jessie refuses to let him take away the one thing that sustains her. Being a beauty bartender owner and a female bull rider makes things challenging. Everyone says she can't do it because she's a woman, but Jessie is determined to prove them all wrong. Initially skeptical, Trace Black doesn't recognize her potential until he witnesses her mount a bull for the first time. Although he may appear arrogant externally, that pales in comparison to his internal complexity. Trace and Jessie are initially oblivious to their chemistry, though it's evident to everyone around them. As Jessie gathers the courage to express her feelings to Trace, the things she dreads occur. However, it doesn't make matters worse; it alters everything profoundly. *WARNING* Book contains language, child loss, trauma, etc. Thank you for choosing my story! ****THIS IS A SEQUEL. To be able to follow this story, please read "Unravelling" first**** Lily has started into the new year with a mixture of confusion, curiosity, anticipation - and dread. Ever since her oldest brothers revealed some of the truth about their family's past, the 12-year-old soon-to-be-teenager is struggling to come to terms with all the new and partially heart-breaking information. For the first few months of the year, Lily has tried to stay true to her word and not dig any further into their past, at least not until Alex, her guardian, is willing to share more details with the younger kids. However, Lily's patience is slowly running out. So many things are occupying her mind. She is convinced that there is still a lot more to discover about her family, and she is not willing to wait much longer. What is their father's story and can she locate him? How did her sister die? When will she see Finn again? Why is Sean really moving back home? And what is the reason behind her brothers' weirdly secretive behavior? With the help from her friends and some of her siblings, Lily continues her journey of gradually unravelling her family's secrets. Will she be successful? Will the implications of her discoveries slowly dissolve her family or is she able to save these fragile relationships before it is too late? Join Lily once again as she juggles school, friends, family (meetings), the general challenges of growing-up, creepy stalkers, some tragedies and maybe even her first encounter with something akin to a crush in these rather eventful months of her life.

Juliana walked along First Beach, where the pack had their meeting place. But she was for once, the abnormally quiet one of the pack. There was only one thing, that could have possibly kept them both this quiet, and it hadn't been seen at all, since they had imprinted on one another. But, no one could tell who or what had broken the Beta and her best friend this time, since neither had shared anything with the pack about it. No one else knows, except the Broken Beta herself. 《Book 2》 Juliana Carter Black has only quite recently learned of her true parentage being the daughter of Billy and Sarah Black, and more importantly to the elders and the werewolf pack alike, their red wolf of the legend. She is stronger than most, bigger then nearly all of the wolves except for Sam since he was the biggest of them, Jacob and Paul. Paul's wolf form grew and it was only after they had each imprinted, that it was more powerful and connected to each other. Juliana was unsure of what to do with her life before she was aware of her real parentage, but now, it was arguably worse, since she had closer bonds to everyone, within the pack, then she had ever realized before. She must navigate this new and tension-filled reality, while keeping her temper and her imprinted best friend in check, and finally settling into the role as the Beta, that she knew the pack needed her to be for them. Oh, and having a little kid in the pack is great as well. Now, what could possibly go wrong with that? {PLEASE read |1| Broken Glass before reading this book it will make much more sense to you if you do. I own nothing except Juliana, Jessica and the 'Old Pack' and their plots.}
