Meet Natalia. Your average 17 year old, mexican living in, Tampa, Florida. However, she has a bit of a problem. Her father is the leader of the Beltran Leyva Cartel. After Hector Beltran Layva left it to him, her father escaped Mexico and took her and her little brother with him, leaving all the wonderful memories she had in Guanajuato, Mexico. Including her mother, who soon after died of brain cancer. Her father is thought by government forces to be inactive, but the drugs are still imported to and from Mexico.
Now having to go to a new school, sucks for Natalia. She has made one new friend and already a lot of new enemies. What happens when the star quarterback, Luke, begins to take an interest in her. Did we also forget to mention that Luke's father is a police officer with a grudge against her fathers cartel?
