In this regard, officers such as Deepak Anand IAS are considered the backbone of the country's administrative machinery. They are role models and lead by example. 

Deepak has been responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the government at the grassroots level. Not only did he help numerous underprivileged students from Bihar succeed in the civil services exams, but he did it for free!
